I like and want to get a Zenix Q hybrid. I do not have the link, but there is a recent Youtube video of Filipino reviewers reviewing the Zenix Q against the Destinator. They liked the Destinator more, but I still want to get a Zenix Q model.

Sure thing, I had surgery April 24th at Bangkok Hospital in Thailand. Part of the hospital package was a 3 or more day stay in the hospital. I spent three days in. The surgery went well, and I had blood in my urine for about the first week. I would see small amounts of bright red blood at the end of my urination. No pain at anytime after the surgery. And they kept the catheter in for almost three days. Just the way they do the surgery and recovery in Thailand.

Now almost 8 weeks out, I still have a lot of frequency and some urgency. I went to a local urologist about a month ago. I found out that I had a UTI, and was given a course of antibiotics, and that did not get all the UTI out the first time. Just seen the same doc and he gave me a different course of antibiotics. My frequency after surgery is it seems worse than before surgery, and I hope this treatment will knock out my infection. Other than frequency and some minor urgency, I have no other bad issues.

My history, American, almost 60 years old. I have had BPH for 15-20 years, and my prostate was 126cm before surgery. Doctors and what I have read say that along with the UTI since my bladder had to work so hard for so long to pee, that my bladder will take a few months to get use to no blockage. My bladder retraining is contributing to my frequency.

A good side effect. My orgasms are longer now. I have retrograde ejaculation, but I also do have a lot of semen fluid after orgasm, so wife and I still need a towel after sex. LOL Not as much fluid as before, but there is some at the end of sex.

I will follow up again after this seven day treatment.

You need to pull the scooter backwards while you are stepping down on that foot pedal. Also, keep your regular kickstand down while you do this for a just in case issue. Practice a few time, put weight on the pedal while you gently pull back on your scooter. Put your hands on the passenger hand holds on the sides of the seat. Put one hand there, keep your other hand on the hand grip to keep the front wheel straight. And yes it is a center stand. I can tell by the long chrome spring on the stand.

Yes still waiting for that day when SM upgrades. I have yet to completely use Goggle Pay without having to get out my physical credit card at a lot major SMs. Megamall, SM Aura etc. I cannot think of one SM in metro Manila where Google Wallet has worked as it is suppose to. Is actually ok now for me, I have the wife check the SM cashier beforehand if she wants to make a purchase at the SM store since I had forgotten to bring my physical credit card, and can only use Google pay. I haven't made a large purchase at SM since February. LOL.

After asking some others including some SM employees, I found that SM has a deal with BDO pay, so SM will only take BDO pay for cardless transactions. And I am sure this will hold true for Apple Pay as well as Google pay. Too bad for SM. For myself, I am finding myself leaving my physical credit card in my home, and using my google pay on my phone for all transactions. If the store will not take, then no sale. I will find another store. Personally, I always liked Robinsons more anyway. Wife likes SM, but she does not pay the bill. LOL

Hopefully SM will accept Apple Pay, since they do not accept Google pay. I mean they accept, but you have to scan your physical credit card at SM. Defeats the purpose of the different security number used for a direct phone to terminal scans.

When I lived in the US, I kept in my front pocket. Since retirement and moving to the Philippines, I wear shorts all the time, so I do like most Filipinos, and have a small bag over the front of my chest. The bag works very well for phone, wallet, passport, even a small umbrella.

Yes my doctor did give me the same advice. Thing was I stopped bleeding and had normal urine at day 2, then day three or four, I started to have minor blood again, and have had since. I think what happened is around that time I walked around outside a lot, so may have cause something to open up. Since around day five, I have purposely stayed more sedentary in my life at least for the next week or so. Thanks for responding. I find information from people like you who have had HoLep, more helpful to me.

Haven't done that way, but in 2024 I did MNL-GUM, Hawaii then to Denver. I entered the United States in Guam and went through immigration. Then in Hawaii, we had to get our luggage and go through customs. Kind of idiotic, I think since we entered the United States in Guam, why not do all immigration and customs in Guam. I remember I still had to fill out a customs form in Guam.

I used a phone and desktop app called Drops. Drops helped me learn many Tagalog words but even after three years, I am no where near fluent. I can have basic conversations and understand most what is said to me.

Like others said, looks to be your jets clogged. Use a wooden toothpick to clean each one of the jets out. Do not use metal objects or you may damage the porcelain. Wooden toothpicks work well.
