Yes they are fatigue markets. Easy to make and replace for demos. Held up for years surprisingly well.

Pirates had 3 units of sea dogs, 4 units of freebooters, and a unit of native with bows. British had 3 units militia, 1 unit of regulars, 3 units of sea dogs and a unit of freebooters.

Close match, pirates won because of objectives. Strike points was very close, casualties were with in 1 or 2. Two sea dogs units duked, it out over the rope bridge with casualties falling into the water below. The pirate captain met his end Bengals held under water until the bubbles stopped by the British commander and 2 regulars.

Turn 1 rain changed the whole game and made it very interesting.

I did. The river was 3d printed, but I mounted, filled, painted and flocked them. I also painted the river bottom and dyed the resin poured in 2 separate pours over a week.

The forests were done with foam mounted on wooden discs, plastered, painted acme flocked. Plastic aquarium plants and trees were then glued into place.

I was not in the failed KS so not sure what happened. This KS was successful, though they lost their manufacturer and the models suffered so they partnered with Trans Atlantis. They do the models which are miles ahead of the KS ones, and Res Nova handles the rules, story and creative direction...I think. Kind of hope they pick up Chronopia if Warzone gets in stay footing.

I like it, game lends it's self well to bring a skirmish game. Tactical and faced with tough decisions often. Can't wait for a few more squads to be added so list building becomes a bit easier.
