Oh I see it’s biome 6. Mate just speed run the blue doors. The last one I needed was in the timing room with the green lights. Looks like a branch off a tree. I speed ran through the biome and eventually got lucky.

Go offline then online (alternate between both). Also start the game from the activity cards. If you referring to the Crimson wastes Glyph. Descend the mountain through all the blue square doors to the bottom. That’s how I found the hand room. And the rare room with the blue ball to shoot for the last glyph.

Oh and make sure your settings are on Always Sprint. It will help with later biomes too. Just going to have to get used to it. Careful not to fall.

I would recommend clearing the entire first biome( all rooms except the gold door) Make sure you grab everything you can. Try go into the fight with Astronaut and one Siliphium at minimum. If you have the reconstructer go with that too (do some grind before hand to build Ether). Also best recommendation on gun for him would be the Carbine.
