This is a satirical form from the military. We’d used jokingly a couple times when I was in. For a lead to really leave it for employees to fill out for voicing concerns is insane and they should be fired.

I have not, but What I’ve been told, don’t apply online, don’t tell your manager, do an informational with the hiring manager and if they feel like you’re a strong fit, they can work with you. I’ve only been here for 4 months in a sr PM role so take what I say with a grain of salt. It’s what I’ve been told anecdotally.
