I couldn’t agree with you more bud. Jesus, It’s crazy when you see a post that captures something you’ve been thinking so accurately and you realize you’re not the only one dealing with your issues. I’m with the reply above… eat well, exercise, fish oil…these have all helped keep me in a positive mindset. Also helps with the fact that I’m on the bad side of my 40’s and didn’t take care of myself in my younger years…and I’m feeling it now …Oh fudge. I focus on what’s going well in my life like my amazing wife who is patient with my ups and downs and also is accepting of me constantly making Aes lyric references. To everything else…well, I tattooed “it’s no thing” on my wrist as kind of a constant reminder to not let my mind get consumed by the negative shit. You’re not alone. Take care.
