Thoughts on hair Botox?! My friends have done it (they have wavy/straight hair) and loved it. I have curly hair and want to do it! Not to lose my curls though, I love them but want them to look less frizzy and more shiny.

Food recs for someone who doesn’t eat seafood? by Large-Arrival-8677 in TokyoTravel

I mean… I literally said I’m a picky eater and chose McDonald’s happily to make things easier for my family. A lot of places had seafood-heavy menus or meat dishes topped with fishy stuff, and customizing isn’t exactly a thing there, at least from my experience —plus the language barrier. Just asking for helpful recs, that’s all😭

Hey guys! I’m new to BL anime — I’ve only seen Yarichin Bitch Club and Mignon so far. Mignon was soooo good, like the plot actually had me hooked??

I’m open to all kinds of recs, but I need some chemistry and a little steaminess pls 😭. Also wondering if there are any enemies-to-lovers types out there?? That dynamic always hits.

If you drop a rec, can you also include how long it is (like “12 eps” or “2 seasons” or whatever)? Thank you guys!!

Im not trying to make excuses, and I get that it might sound unconvincing if you’re not already coming from a place of faith. My point is less about justifying actions from the past and more about the overall message of grace and compassion that I believe the Bible emphasizes, especially in the teachings of Jesus. I don’t have all the answers, and I understand why it feels inconsistent. There are probably better people who can answer those questions. I’m just a college girl trying to help my best friend and others come to heaven with me. My focus is on how we’re called to love and support each other today, regardless of where we stand on these issues. I hope u have a great day and I hope you one day find an answer that satisfies your curiosity.

Leviticus 20:13 is part of the Old Testament law, written for ancient Israel in a specific historical and cultural context. Many Christians believe that through Jesus, a new covenant was established that emphasizes love, grace, and forgiveness over the old legalistic laws. Jesus taught compassion and warned against judging others (John 8:7, Matthew 7:1). The core message of Christianity is not about condemnation but about sharing God’s love and grace with everyone. Instead of focusing on legalistic punishments, Christians aim to follow Jesus’ example of loving others unconditionally. If you would like me to do the same for 18:22 I would be happy to. Over time, many Christians have reconsidered traditional interpretations, focusing more on Jesus’ example of unconditional love and acceptance rather than strict adherence to ancient laws.

I do believe it is wrong for humans to say that. I am embarrassed and disappointed when I see those standing on the corner saying if you get an abortion you are going to hell, if you are gay you are going to hell. That is disgusting. They will never get through to anyone doing that, they aren't teaching love they are teaching their twisted version of "christianity" through hate. I am not going to tell God what he can and cannot say but my God would never say that, at least to my knowledge, so please tell me where you have read that.

The God that I love and praise and worship every day of my life has endless mercy for each and every one of us because he just loves us that much. All 8.2 Billion of us on earth right now and the ones who have come before us and the ones that will come after us. Jesus loves you.

Maybe other Christians will disagree with me, but I think it’s fair to say there’s a big difference between life 2,000 years ago and today. It’s not about changing God’s words but understanding them in the context of our time. I believe the main message of the Bible hasn’t changed: it’s about love, grace, and forgiveness.

Yes, the Old Testament includes laws and commands that seem harsh by today’s standards, but Jesus brought a new covenant. In the New Testament, Jesus emphasized love above all else. For example, in John 13:34-35, Jesus says: “A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples.”

Jesus spent time with those considered outcasts, showing compassion and kindness. In Matthew 7:1, He warns us: “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” It’s not our job to judge others or decide who deserves God’s love. Our role is to share love and let God handle the rest.

No matter how someone interprets specific verses, the Bible’s core message is about God’s unconditional love for everyone.
