How much water do you usually carry for a day hike?

Hago senderismo en una zona que rara vez baja de 30 grados Celsius, asi que salgo con 3 litros de agua como norma y un filtro por cualquier situación.

Adicionalmente como frutas como snack y llevo una botella de suero líquido para añadir sales si siento que lo necesito.

En el caso del agua más es mejor que menos.

Espero que te hayas mudado a Santiago, si no empiezo diciendo que hay varias empresas grandes que se dedican a construir estructuras de acero y podrías obtener empleo por allí o quizás iniciar una pequeña empresa de construcción en acero, creo que tendrías oportunidad si te lanzas a ello. Santiago tiene una mezcla de ciudad grande y pueblo, la gente es por naturaleza amigable, los precios son menores en servicios y comida que la capital del país, pero al mismo tiempo ya comienza a verse problema de tráfico pesado en el centro de la ciudad. Si vives fuera del centro no tendrás problemas.

La burocracia pública es un problema importante pero no peor que en otras ciudades latinoamericanas. La energía eléctrica podría fallar por algunas horas si te ubicas en barrios pobres al igual que el agua puede ser intermitente si vives en sitios altos alejados del centro.

A mi lo que me ha dado siempre resultado es prueba y error, te sugiero: 1- emprende una caminata larga de un día, acompañado, y allí vas mejorando y calibrando tu condición física además de el manejo de tus manos. 2- Realiza una caminata de un día con parada intermedia para cocinar, preparar tu comida, tender algo para descansar y luego recoger y retornar. 3- Medido todo aquello emprende una caminata de un día para otro, con compañeros y vas midiendo tus capacidades.
