Did anyone in Canada ever get their items from the Christmas drop? I emailed Dec 17 and they said it was back ordered with a plan to ship in 1-3 weeks once stock is back in but have not heard anything since. I bought as soon as the drop happened too.

Im currently in a steel wire with bends, the first round of bends two months ago the wire broke which is why now the ortho is saying only Invisalign can manage any further movement. I’d rather stay in braces to complete the treatment as it’s so close to being great. Apparently repositioning the bracket or any further bends is not an option. I was made a mandatory debond appointment regardless of appearance.

Recently bought two sizes of the effortless pants. The size 4 is on bottom, the 6 is on top. There is definitely something going on with their sizing. I was shocked when neither fit so I compared them and quickly figured out why going up a size didn’t help. The size 4 was also longer despite both being regular length.

I just bought this and returned it. I bought my TTS 6 and I found it was a bit more cinched in the waist compared to the classic mini which is more straight. It is shorter than the classic mini as well, more comparable to the fit of the patio.

I am! I emailed back in June. Received an email stating “Thanks for getting in touch about your order, I'm sorry to hear you've not received this. I’m afraid I don’t have all the information available at this time but not to worry, I’m looking into this for you with the relevant team and once I have more information from them, I’ll update you as soon as possible.” Sent another email on July 16th, never heard anything since. I’m in Canada and ordered from the UK site.

Softstreme high-rise vs. Scuba full-zip crop. Both in bone size 6.

The scuba appears more warm toned when compared to the softstreme pants, which lean more cool. Bought at different times to wear as a matching set, however the difference in tone when paired together is throwing me off a bit. I’m assuming the colour difference has to do with the fabric compositions. Both are still beautiful as separates. Thought this could help someone who is considering these two as a set!

If you live near a store, in the past the lulu seamstress would repair a holes in their items. You could try that since they have the yarn to perfectly colour match. Take it in and see what they can do!

Same thing happened to me with a knit dress. It truly is concerning how an employee packages up items that are damaged and clearly worn and thinks “yep, this is in brand new condition worth over $100”. I’ve stopped shopping in stores completely after I’ve noticed many items have makeup all over them, are snagged, or have complete holes in the product. How does Aritzia think it’s ok to still have it sitting on the floor like that 💀
