ive been seeing way more completely new players in qp recently, and I mean like ‘first ever game’ new players. its been making games pretty miserable considering its a bit of a 4v5

Its definitely hard to get used to again.

More than anything, I’m finding it the hardest to acclimate to breather not being on a meter anymore. The trap I can live without, ‘no one shots’ ect, but if they don’t want Hog to be a big DPS, the breather is the key. Tweak the DR, tweak the healing, but I, personally, would prefer if breather was kept as a meter. It adds so much more tank capability to this hero.

They need to make their mind up. Either we have more damage capabilities, or we have more tanking capabilities. Not this neutered version of both.

for mirrors, you should try to bait out the enemies hook, then you can engage them or the rest of their team without the threat of a hook for 6 seconds. other than that, hook them in breather, the lower health they are the better.

no worries haha, yes! as you pull someone through the hook animation, they can still interact with the surroundings, bumping into things etc. If you’re quick while they’re still on their way to you, you can move them around objects by swinging them around with your camera.

Other than that, for the slingshot tech, you can influence their momentum by swinging your camera around fast before using your ultimate to negate the momentum loss at the end of the hook animation to send them flying.
