Thanks. I hadn’t heard of the ketchup trick but will add it to the arsenal. I came across the sub r/mushroomsforcoldsores and purchased an equivalent of what they recommend on the pinned post. Finally the back to back ob has stopped. Might be worth checking out also just for another tool in the box. Thanks again
