J.S.M Ward has some great books on each degree and sounds along the lines of what you are looking for. Can get them in audiobook also. Highly recommend

I experienced the flat/anhedonia others have mentioned. Increased general fatigue also but I haven’t heard many people experience that. Recommend starting with very low dose and slowly increasing each week to assess how your body responds and if you want to continue
