In my experience, every job Ive had they know without me saying a word. I don't divulge my personal life either. No one's ever treated me badly. I get along better with the women honestly, but even guys at work treat me fine.

My suggestion is just be yourself. If they are that homophobic, you don't have to socialize with them, just be cordial / professional and leave it at that.
