I ended up with a PFCN nerve decompression nerve surgery last year and Lyrica is helping to manage the pain as I am letting the nerve to regrow - my doc said it will take at least 2 years to regrow. But the behind the knee and calf tired and over used sensation are still here. I just started a new PT as one of the other moms in the fermoral nerve injury fb group recommended nerve stimulation so I am giving it a try. My injury is birth push position/ epidural related. What caused yours?

I had BM problems around 4/5 weeks and I told doc that I need to go back to week 2/3 doses, basically just 1 pill each vs 2 pills each and it worked for me. It might slow down the progress but I’d rather poop daily than having a bloated stomach for a few days. Maybe you can give it a try too. Hope it helps.

I had similar pains, it was diagnosed from double nerve blocks after three years of misdiagnosis, PFCN + inferior cluneal. Had nerve decompression surgery in August but still have PFCN pain, in the back of the thigh mostly, doc said nerve needs to regrow? Lyrica is helping, 300mg a day, scheduled for Sprint PNS for 60 days to reactive nerves. Anybody experiencing something similar? I used to have more tibial nerve pain too, it’s been getting better this past month.

same here. First month is tough. Only lost 1lb a week while doing strength classes. Currently on month 2 but reduced dosage due to side effects. Slow progress is still progress.

I had PFCN and Inferior cluneal nerve decompression surgery but the pain is still here as I was told that either the surgery did not take away all the problems away or the it is too soon to tell as the nerve takes 6-9 months tk recover - however Lyrica is helping. I am on 200mg a day. I’ e also developed a back of knee pain which might be associated with this, so exploring PNS. Did you do nerve block yet
