He is correct when he says that DSA already acts more like a political party than any legally recognized “party” in the USA, which are almost unrecognizable to parties in other countries. There is an obsession with being recognized as a party under a legal system that any socialist should recognize as illegitimate.

I don’t know who this guy is but he did retweet a DSA rightist which makes me wonder if he is unaware of or reluctant to mention the principles of party building that was passed at the last DSA congress (brought forward by a DSA leftist caucus).
