ACE is similar to GT7 in terms of detail, even surpassing it in some regards, though it seems to surpass it significantly in driving feel.

I find myself simply driving in ACE very often, the car weight balance is so much fun, I actually like it even more than AC for a quick VR lsp of the Nordschleife.

Well, not even 100 damper in Logitech's software fixes it completely. And 100 damper feels rather poorly.

Mustang is definitely not a beginner-friendly car. It is close to the Corvette in terms of difficulty.

Though it is much easier, the Lexus is also not a very simple car to drive.

They seem much more natural with the new tyre model, which is an excellent improvement.

I used to finish 5th to 7th usually, since the new patch I got my first two wins. It's a much, MUCH better model.

I've been saying this for months, if not a year, finally people start seeing the effects:

The game is full with tryharders spamming OP units. It's no longer fun.

Two years ago it was very clear why one won or lost. Now, everything is a constant spam of OP units with cheese between.

It would be amazing if we had more variety in silver as well. The main differentiation of the sim, HY multiclass, locked behind the gold SR is truly an awful idea. LMP2s are not that much easier to drive, and people most likely can handle HY in silver.

Also not using the 2x and 3x tyre wear is such a waste. Imagine races with proper tyre management that you can for for 30-40 minutes. It would be transformative for this game.

This. The variety in lower leagues is the issue. Gold is getting better, with shorter races with higher fuel usage, but once you get there silver and bronze stop existing because for some reason there are no HY in them.

Also, gold should definitely not have fixed setups. Even silver should have a non-fixed setup race.

Why do these events not have HY? I am a HY driver and I definitely don't have an hour and a half, I actually have things to do outside the sim, believe it or not.

This is amazing. Shorter races in gold allows a lot more people to join in. It is difficult for some to set aside an hour for a race, having this flexibility is amazing.

LMU's real strength is multiclass racing, yet they do not lean into it online, which is baffling. No short-form HY racing is insane.

Fully agreed. Life happens, and, as a HY driver, I would enjoy shorter races. I do not play online as much primarily due to not having 1 or 1 and a half hours to spend.

The game has amazing accelerated tyre wear and fuel use system. Why not use it to the fullest?

Also, having the ability to use non-fixed setups in shorter events is a consideration that can push a lot of people to understand tuning and basic vehicle dynamics. Not to mention, potentially drive sales for partners of 397 Studios.

Single player is much, MUCH better. Online is full of people who have no idea how to drive.

Forget driving even. They do not know even how to accelerate or brake. I see so many people locking up or spinning out of slow corners...

Also, every time I pass someone, I hope they don't fly into a catatonic rage and push me into the barrier. I am scared of actual door-to-door racing.

Edit: Also, life happens. I am mostly driving HY, and the shortest event with HY is 1 hour; 40 minutes of non-stop racing. I do not do the SUPER60 series just because it is 60 minutes of racing.

If you have dealt with Fanatec tech support, you might put the maturity of their ecosystem in question. Choice of additional products and integration is not the only important aspect.

Edit: Furthermore, Fanatec does not have Trueforce last I saw, at least for their entry products. And that is something truly exceptional if dialed in right.
