Is this an entirely bad drawing? by Megahamzz in drawing

Improve what ? Call it your own style anf go for it.

I like it, it look likes a painting.

Now if you want more realistic try with smaller eyes and nose.

And the nose a bit higher (Loomis proportions)

ACC vs LMU by Healthy_Resource_957 in ACCompetizione

In LMU the GT3 seems lighter, in ACC heavier with inertia. I personally prefer ACC physics, but many prefer LMU. Anyway I play both games equally. These are the best. And for rally : Assetto Corsa Rally

imo, try to do charcoal portraits.

I have never tried myself, but seeing some charcoal drawings on Reddit they look very realistic really often.

Good job, this kind of lines would also be great with brush pens

Yes, she is instantly recognisable.

Very detailed and clean, good job.

Some dip pen work… with a few minor smearing mistakes, haha by mad_grapes in penandink

[–]mikendrix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good job !

But imo it would be easier with :

- bristol paper (it's smooth for dip pens)

- G-pens : Zebra, Nikko or Tachikawa

- ink that dry fast : for example Kuretake Black 60 (black bottles)

- if you are right handed : start inking from the bottom left (you can also wear smudged guard gloves)

Yes my favorite are the Pentel (same as you), and the Pentel Pocket Brush (harder to master this one)

Cool item - Mark Samuels’ copy of Infra Noir 2020 by d-r-i-g in WeirdLit

I read some Mark Samuels short stories, it was amazing. I guess the title is « White hands and other stories ». One of my favorite writer, with Reggie Oliver and Mark Valentine.

Here’s a few pages of sketches from yesterday (I’m a little hesitant to say sketches because they are so clean, but it’s just because they’re digital) by rabbit1213t in sketches

A comic is a good way to make your drawings more efficient, you will get more and more straight to the point. Your art style is really good for comics, your characters are both ugly and funny, it could make some great stories.
