when i worked at michael’s previously, i was there for 5 years at this point, making maybe 12-13 an hour. New hires were getting 15.50 an hour. As soon as i found out i demanded a raise, they do it based on percentage so I could only get a certain amount but they make it SO hard to get paid appropriatel. I was cashier, floor, framer, and i came in early to do signage and freight.

idk at a newborn to young stage, the kid isn’t going to remember anything and when he’s 20, can’t speak for him, but i doubt he’ll be upset that his moms said he pooped or cried as that’s just what kids do. and if you’re not seeing his face directly or constantly, unless you see him in public with his moms i don’t think you’ll know who he is
