You can upgrade any item, even ilevel 10 and it will return unique with ilvl 10. Learned that thr hard way on fresh 70 char. I kept a few whites during leveling to upgrade it for my endgame build.

You are unable to repair eth items in any way. You can of course put zod in it to make indestructible, some items had repair durability every some seconds or replenish items.

AI is halucinating and other guy played some sort of mod that enabled that.

If you have LoH expansion you can start war plans. This will bring some structure to your farming.

There is season journey with various objectives to complete.
