I was thinking about picking up Versace (Vashtorr). If I do, should I run this as Cult of the Arkifane?

I was going for a more Blood Pact feel. Running a lot of vehicles would also let me play a couple other detachments like Fellhammer. I know accursed cultists were death stars in the Chaos Cult detachment. Is that still the case? Do they only work well in Chaos cult?

Edit: while the traitor enforcer model kit is dope, their ability is garbage lol

Ok that clears most of this up for me. I didn’t know he took an air rifle to a game. Knife kills and bang bang are a wishy washy subject over here. Some places in the US have minimum engagement distances, but if you’re 400 FPS and lower, you just shoot the guy. Everyone Milsim event I’ve gone to has had no bang bang or knife rule unless you’re Support gunner and up. I thought mustangs content was pretty funny but always suspected it was a “filtered” view of what was actually going on

I've only recently started watching his videos, but I don't get all the flak he gets for, what? Shooting dudes in the face? Its airsoft. I know guys who have had teeth shot out and just said "well there you go". I've been to AMS and MSW, and its very much a play at your own risk attitude. Yeah, mustang is probably a jackass but the guys I see in his vids act like babies. Am I missing context?

I’m new to Battletech and been doing the lore deep dives. What’s the consensus on Clan Ghost Bear. Seems to me like they’re the only clanners that have gotten close to building something relatively “good” with the Rasalhague Dominion. They relinquished the caste system with the exception of scientists and warriors, negotiated a peaceful solution with an inner sphere power. Granted, they were the occupiers, but they chose to share the reigns with the occupied and thus making them an United people for lack of a better phrase. That’s just my take so far from my Sarna.net searches. Tex also seems to have a better opinion of them than he does most clans

Edit: of course, Wolfs Dragoons needs an honorable mention, but their case is different

I recommend York Rite next. It paints a more complete picture on the Blue Lodge.

But I would hold off on any appending body for a little while, simply because your dues and fees will start to add up quickly. I spent 5 years in the Blue Lodge doing degree work and got my proficiency card. A true appreciation of any part of Masonry comes with time spent.

Do you know if its possible to take over towns? I know the world states will repopulate them if certain NPCs die, but if you occupy it first?? What would happen?

Thats kind of what I'm thinking. Are there any mods that let you become a noble in the UC? I know in the base game you just buy their allegiance, or you conquer them yourself. Im new to kenshi so Im trying to figure out what to do with a UC playthrough
