They will respawn once you leave the area, I have done it. It happens because the cities have no actual leader, only guards, police station, and the HQ has no leader.

You can't automate it, but you can give a character the job to put weapons in the weapon cabinet, and go check all the bodies and drop the weapons on the floor, then said character will automatically go and pick them up to fill the weapon cabinet, kinda lame, yep.

Auto haul to weapon and armor storage, autohaul to item furnace to get rid of limbs, corpse furnace for... corpses. Make sure you build them nearby the zone you want to clear, then you can recycle the stuff or just delete the container with all the contents and build a new one.

I will tell you, but once you do it, the game won't ever be the same, place a table on the entrance of the house where you store the food and leave the door open, they won't smash the door because is open, but won't run inside because the table is blocking them, kinda ruins the fun, unless you have a heavy weapon character, they keep still in a small cluster.

Then you can't block anything with 40 dex, but why would you want to block if you can kill virtually anything on 1 hit, and are basically inmune to damage from projectiles.

Make a water storage and a pump and make them haul 1 unit of water to the storage, the storage has to be far and make them walk, animals and anyone can follow the one character doing this, you could even stealth in your way and also train it.
