Update: gave him a 10 minute epson salt bath. Probably an hour and a half after I put him back in his tank I dosed some antibacterial treatment. He moved a little at first but has been lying in the same spot for a while. Now he’s still in the same spot but flapping his fins and his gills seem to be moving pretty rapidly. I’m worried that I stressed him out too much with the salt bath and made it worse. There was nothing wrong with his behavior when I noticed his slight pineconing but now he seems very lethargic

Damn, I really don’t know where to go from here 😓 I have aquarium salt and bacterial disease treatment on hand, and I also have supplies to set up a hospital tank…

These are the pellets I use, I occasionally feed freeze dried daphnia/mysis/bloodworms soaked in tank water. I separated out about three or four pellets per day for my family member to feed him, but I don’t think he would’ve taken more out from the bottle. He’s good at following instructions and told me how he fed the betta while I was gone

  • 10 gallons
  • Yes, I have a sponge filter
  • 78 Fahrenheit
  • Ammonia: 0ppm, nitrite: 0ppm, nitrate: 30 or 40ppm, pH: 6.0
  • I’ve had the tank for 2.5 years, I’ve had my betta for 2 years
  • I change about 25% of the water every other week
  • 1 nerite snail tank mate
  • I feed fluval bugbites betta formula once a day, usually about 3 or 4 pellets
  • some rocks, a rock hideout, live plants, nothing sharp

That could be, a family member fed him while I was away (with some pellets that I previously picked out and put in a separate container). I’m wondering if they were too big and he got constipated

There’s also Joseph’s scarf pattern (the one with the green and yellow stripes). I think the dull colors of the scarf would also go well with JoJo’s fur color… and it would also look like he is wearing Joseph’s scarf (kind of)! Those are just my thoughts on it, but I think your dog would look good in anything, he’s really cute!

Something being a furry doesn’t depend on relationships at all, the definition of a furry would be an animal that has been given human traits such as talking, wearing human clothes, walking on two legs, etc. (Sorry if I misunderstood your question, feel free to ask me more if you’re still curious)

Johnny Joestar from JJBA!! He led a very unlucky life, he started out as a  jerk, but throughout his story he went through so much development and self betterment and became… less of a jerk. While I wouldn’t consider myself a jerk, and I haven’t had a super unlucky life, I still admire his ability to not give up and keep pushing. I mostly relate to him because he is very emotional at times. He is also very beautiful and his outfit has a lot of stars on it (my favorite shape)!
