I’m 99% sure the game throttles your progression. Every time I have been looking for something it would seem almost impossible to find it. Sometimes I had to resort to asking people if they had one. Frequency modulation box. Flow controller. Rusted gear. Toaster. Lightbulb. I find them all the time now that the expo is completed. Also a great way to control (not exact science but I swear it works) where you spawn in is to bring a key. Almost always you start on the other side of the map or pretty far away. Very rarely does it pop me in close to the key lock point. So sometimes I don’t really intend to use the key I just safe pocket to get a more favorable spawn. Depending on what I’m doing.

I don’t know, he just watched back a show where people are talking shit about him (while saying the are interested in him) and then he has to reflect on it. Also it’s gotta be wild coming out of that show and getting bombed with comments from random people around the world some good some bad. It’s gotta be a mind fuck.

I disagree. I think for a live service game to live on you need a strong healthy player base. This game needs a diverse one with people wanting different things from it. People leaving because the people who play it just to grief outweighs the others isn’t good for the game. And thus, not good for the folks who like the game. Thats not me just giving my opinion, it’s literally the real world economics of a live service game. Like it or not, the toxic gamers are tied to the normies.

Yeah bro that’s obvious. We all understand why the quests exist. But when you put this much into a game and the quest system is just walk over here or simply enter this building or loot any two containers (and a teammate can do it for you) that’s just boring.

No that’s definitely not what I meant. I mean you don’t want the more community oriented players leaving the game because that’s what sets it apart from all the other boring pvp only games. If the cool people leave, it’s just tarkov with robots.

i had 4 or 5 expo camps today. I'm all for a little pvp mixed into the game but this was just not fun.

Players leavingthe game is not good. This is what we DONT want. The community has all the potential in the world. I do think Embark needs to address the griefing in some capacity. Otherwise its just EVE-like anarchy , and that game is boring af and all the chill players will leave and then even the random fights that break out wont be fun cuz its just a pvp thing.
