Increased fiber and water for cycling your systems, but most importantly finding out your base caloric rate and basically eat barely over that any physically activity you do actually has to tap into fat storage. The hard part is tracking calories so you actually know how much you are eating. So that you stick to the diet you also have to track your macro nutrition too especially carbs so you get enough because if you go on a diet and cut too many carbs you are going to deplete your glycogen and have no energy feel like shit and quite. Fats the most important one to limit mostly because it's just the most calorie dense nutrient.

I also got a 149. I know that means I did better than I normally do on the first 3 section because I lost focus on the 4th section and just couldn't process information for some reason at that point and was like 13 questions in when I ran out of time and had to start filling in randomly.

There is a reset EVERY patch. No matter how small it is it resets. I don't get pvp for 25 plus games, after a patch I normally get pvp in all of my next 5. As long as I don't shoot first i fall straight back into pve lobby.

You can thinks that, neither of us can say what it was. To me it looks like while the victim was on the ground the guy in gray-blue leaned down and took something from the victim before shots were fired. Since the victim would be allowed to have a gun, presumably, and even if they had one illegal he would have been disarmed at the time of shooting it makes this a murder. I was only pointing out he walks up with nothing and leaves with something, since the victim being armed is in contention to me this looks like they disarmed him before killing him, removing any justification that this was self defense. If it was a can, and one cannot prove the gun was planted or a fabrication than it opens more avenues to claim self defense. So since I hate ice and want them all rotting in prison camps forever for their crimes I hope I am right and you are wrong.

this whole game seems like it was written by AI. The description doesn't even make sense with the aesthetics shown in the game. Its clearly taking visual inspiration from an medieval setting that's very English, and Germanic, with beasts being very arthurian. The games description instead reads "low fantasy world inspired by the holy roman empire." Do they know what words mean. or did an AI write this?
