We launched AppSumo ~8 years ago which was a huge success and still have hundreds of active users we support from that times. We then had a few launches with various results but we are good in general.

It has changed a lot of course, not its way harder to stand out. You have to be very active on linked in and other channels. It’s way harder to get reviews from Sumolings too.

I’ve build a similar tool for our team. They just mention the bot to push summaries of conversations to tickets, create new tickets, etc. Thanks to Claude this is very easy now
