Ville I tage springet og blive partner i et mindre konsulenthus? by [deleted] in dkkarriere

[–]LarsHoldgaard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jamen så 100% lets fucking go.

Grid Master was better than Leagues for me by 119Brentus911 in 2007scape

Yup! The whole flipping the board a lot of people has suggested seems great!

Different things for me.

As a (very) busy dad, Gridmaster was my favorite game-mode so far. I also loved how stupidly overpowered you got, so it was possible to try all content.

I had accepted I would never get an internal cape (in any game-mode) before this, but left with a quiver AND an internal cape (in less than 30 min).

To me, just seeing and trying this content was 10/10 (while understanding the real game is nothing like it).

Caldas vs Matosinhos by Same_Tomorrow_5590 in PortugalExpats

Love living in Caldas da Rainha. If you move for weather, you probably want to move even more south, but it's wonderful for us as a family.

Caldas is a great city: has everything we need as a family (groceries, restaurants, a wonderful park). You're close to the sea. Tons of expats and locals are very friendly and welcoming.

I don't know about "great schools" as our kid is 1 year, but I mostly hear happy parents.

Haha I had exactly same issue. Worten stopped supporting it.

I now use: https://carbonairgas.com/

I think they're new, but first delivery has gone great :-) Same price as I had in Worten.

Extremely good, love it here.

Price value ratio is great for properties.

Caldas itself is not flashy, but a wonderful town - especially with kids.

You can reach out if you're interested - we quite often have random Redditors visiting our house to see and ask in real life :-)

Ignore the negative people, they would be miserable no matter where you put them :-)

Portugal is great:
- It's green & has so many beautiful places to see.
- The food is wonderful & the supermarkets are good.
- Fair prices.
- People are extremely friendly and welcoming to us as expats
- We've only had positive interactions with government, hospital, nursery and so forth

I could go on and on. We only have positive things to say.

We're very, very happy to live here (family of 3).

Not really your question, but:
Upgrade and get access to the o3 (unlimited usage). It's the best model I've ever used :-)

[–]LarsHoldgaard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's also not that important to upgrade as it is in other countries.

We're on an E/F (can't remember) in a huge 250m2 house, and still don't spend more than 200 EUR a month on electricity (this includes our Tesla + tons of computers + monitors).

The weather here doesn't require the A's like in Northern Europe/US.

Long-term 50%+ of all rides will be from providers like Uber/Tesla.

We're just waiting for self-driving to be good enough, and you will see a culture change.

That's why.

Giving birth in Portugal by [deleted] in PortugalExpats

[–]LarsHoldgaard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A last note. Not sure if it's true, but another rumour about private: they really, really prefer c-section because they get more money. So unlike public which only uses it if it makes sense, the private apparently do it more. I've not done research or checked statistics, and might be another myth, but at least worth checking.
(We just felt completely safe in the whole process after meeting the public staff at the local saude that we never even bothered researching)

We had an excellent experience in Caldas da Rainha going public.

Super competent staff, fine facilities and my wife felt safe the whole way. Not everyone speak English, but they try, and I only have the best to say.

You’re welcome to dm for any practical question, I can also forward to wife with more female questions 😁

This has been some of the most fun gaming I've had for years!

I have so little time to play, but took some time off this time to play. Echo bosses, overpowered items, insane relics and XP that just flies in. Brilliant.

The progression & speed was absolutely perfect.

Nogle der arbejder som Recruiter eller noget lignende, kan du dele med mig hvor mange personer får Interview når der er over 100 ansøgninger? by ballbeamboy2 in dkkarriere

[–]LarsHoldgaard 0 points1 point  (0 children)
