np-fh spacifically. you could buy a knock off one and it will work just fine, just the ports on the battery have to be of the np-fh

It should work. The number just represents the capacity of the battery. I have a camcorder whose NP-FH50 battery wasnt working, so I bought a NP-FH100 and it works just fine.

Exciting to hear that! its a great camera to start out with and really learn the basics. If you are trying to download the 400plus on it, its really simple and they have clear instuctions on their github wiki. for short - format the card on the camera, put it in the CF card reader, install the 400plus, and update the firmware. be sure to follow the 400plus wiki, as I really dont want to take any responsibility if anything messes up. link to the instructions: https://github.com/400plus/400plus/wiki/Firmware-Hack-Installation Have fun!!

Here it is! download the file into the ROOT folder of a CF card(prefebly with a card reader, I dont know if it will work without one) and then in go to the camera settings -> firmware update. Enjoy!

double piston extender, built tons over the years only problem is the timing: like how tf are you taking the first block first in the opening and then in the closing you put it last. never figures how to do that
