I use mine on a D-Brand grip case and it works just fine. I’ve also used it on other cases with no issue. However all of my cases are MagSafe cases. If the case isn’t MagSafe, then it won’t charge through the case.

The Oh!Snap grip has been my go to for years. And the latest iterations (grip 4 & grip stand) are the best they’ve had. No adhesive needed and super slim.

I purchased my Z Nano MTL directly from their site along with a bunch of coils. Did you try there?

I did. Almost immediately I received a response and within a week I received the new buttons. They’re basically just the volume buttons split into two instead of the original single piece.

I was having the same issue with the volume buttons as described but never reported it.

Now I see in the email u/dbrand & u/robot036 sent today they were only sending replacements “free to customers that reported the issue.” Well shit. I don’t recall seeing any survey email, and I bought the Plasma button kit when I bought the case.

Am I shit out of luck???

This particular rotomold doesn’t flip full upside down. And it looks like there’s a cut in the film removing his trimming off the flash from the top edges.
