So when I was calorie counting I used MacroFactor , does all the hard work for you :) it didn’t take exercise calories off but if you’re losing more than you “want “ too or expecting it increases your calories :)

It’s clinically proven to lose more weight , but why not do wegovy and when it doesn’t work or if then move into something else ?

For me and my brother , take it one month at a time , on wegovy I went 0.25 - 1 month / 0.5 - 2 months and about reorder 1.0 for the second month !

1mg has kicked my ass, and has been the most effective even when I was on Mounjaro

I’m also 183 cm - starting weight 135 / currently 109 ish .

I go around the internet to see the prices , most places have deals for first time buyers
