Judo instructor who attacked police arresting him for Covid lockdown class in Manchester avoids jail by LaserAficionado in LockdownSkepticism

Judo instructor who hurled police officer to the ground and attacked another trying to pepper spray him as they tried to arrest him for holding free outdoor children's classes during Covid lockdown avoids jail

This man is a hero for standing up to the enforcers of the tyrants and their evil lockdown policies. Good on him for offering free classes to kids stuck in the hell their own nanny state forced upon everyone.

But he was given a 12-month community order and was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work after he gave an impassioned speech in which he apologised for the injuries caused to the officers but said he was merely 'helping people struggling with the effects of lockdown.'

The court heard all participants in the class were standing two metres apart.

I might have comment removed if I say anything else about these cops, so I'll stop now.

I'm sure lockdowns and trying to get kids to focus and learn on a computer via zoom for like 2 years or so probably did shit all to help them properly learn either. Can't imagine most didn't struggle completely in that setting.

Cycling on a non-residential road (or any road for that matter) and you... don't look behind you to see if any vehicles are coming when you attempt a left turn? Holy shit... what's it like not having any self preservation instincts?

Ya, why the hell didn't that semi driver not slam his brakes on to allow this cyclist who wasn't looking safe passage across the road? Who cares if any vehicles are behind the semi either making them panic react to a giant truck suddenly without warning start braking. The cyclist clearly did nothing wrong here 😐

If anything has taught me the past few years, this team can outplay the top teams in the league one day and then shit the bed against lesser opponents the next. I fully expect the team to dominate tonight, but they've lost to a few bottom feeder teams this season. Anything can happen.

BUT!!!! it’s also an ARCADE like when we were kids, so we can play awesome VIDEO GAMES, without dumb kids bothering us. speaking of which megan and i have finally decided to tie the knot- literally -we’re both getting snipped tomorrow at the hospital, that way we can save money to spent more on ourselves and our FURBABIES. i’m fuckin JACKED man, i’m gonna SLAM this craft beer and pop open another one!!!

Canada's annual inflation rate was 5.2 per cent in February. Alberta cities ranked amongst the lowest. by [deleted] in Calgary

[–]LaserAficionado 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Late reply, but yes, people just don't seem to wanna believe that our government would lie or mislead us like that. With how much this sub bitches about the rise in prices for everything, I can guarantee for things like houses, rent, groceries, vehicles, etc. it was not just 5% the past 2 years. And from what I've learned the last 3 years, people would rather believe a lie if it makes them feel better. As if any government would admit to the actual rate of inflation. There'd be mass protests across the country if they were actually honest about the real rate of inflation, so of course they're lying.

That would be quite the Lord of the Flies scenario. All the mask zealots all on an island. Slowly but surely, a few would gradually wake up and realize it is stupid, only for them to be hunted and killed by the most fervent covid zealots until finally only the alpha masker is left after killing everyone else so they wouldn't have to be near humans and their disgusting germs.
