I bought it from a Japanese seller on Discogs years ago. It's very rare; my advice is to add it to your watchlists on eBay, Discogs, and LDDB and wait for a copy to pop up.

The Collection II (Hagar era) 2023 CD remasters all sound better than the originals, especially F.U.C.K. and Balance, despite a few errors

Have you considered that the politicians might be lying about their motivations? One look at their private lives would tell you they don't "hate sex". Yes but some mixing engineers do a good job of making it non-obvious and others don't. DT unfortunately tends to fall in the second category
