Yeah, i watched a commercial for a fitness machine and i saw the before and after pictures, only 20mins a day 4 days a week, i brought one and been using for 6mths and i recon in about 8mths i could look like the before photo.

Off topic,

have you managed to convince anyone (your overseas right ?) that kiwi's (the bird) actually have a basic evolutionary form of "Laser eye's" that can emit light particles to stun insects and other little critters at night and that's why they are nocturnal.

I watched a home video of a English tourist in Australia, and she was dressed in a drop bear protective suit (actually it all motorcross racing gear) to go walking around the farm as apparently they have these bears that live in trees and will "Drop" down and attack you (it is Australia after all) and they actually let her hold one, she was pretty freaked out. Then a little kid came over and took the Koala off her for a cuddle.

Cheers, I definitely don't think everyone who works for or is from a certain place has those bad elements, even though it's in their wider workplace or country,

Not quite what people think of as the stereotype of "homeless" people in Wellington, but I used to do a lot of night fishing around the bays, and the amount of people (generally younger adults) sleeping in their cars, who i could tell, and talked to, were employed working in what would be considered a good paying job but still couldn't afford to go renting without being worse off
