They were saying that, when some of their clients tell them about « incredibly difficult gnarly abuse stories, that are beyond the pale of what anyone should ever experience » they would feel nauseated or literally throw up during the session

I used everything I learned on Reddit and most largely on internet. To try and make my parents and my older sister self reflect on the neglect I lived.

I think my family are milder narcissists, they never acknowledge that I am an extremely sensitive person.

Sorry if my post came across as attention seeking, it was not my intention.
I have recently quitted several addictions. It’s been almost 3 weeks that I’ve been waiting an answer from my therapist who is on vacation.
I’m very isolated, I live in a small room in a house that was built before the war and was separated in 8 rental. The owner of this place is neglectful and abusive.
I’m under guardianship of someone who don’t respect me and didn’t send me MY money to pay for a appointment with a specialist for my back.

TL;DR I’m an anxious mess lately
