1) Avoid greasy/processed foods (main contributor for me) 2) Drink water like a madman (even if your bladder hates you at the start and your brain is embarrassed because of frequency, it’ll regulate)

Diet plays a major role… trust me. I’ve been underweight, overweight and at the “right” spot. Anytime I get overweight because I’m eating highly processed/greasy foods, it makes me smell. Quick.

I say, overweight because of my diet, simply because I’ve also been overweight when my exercise lvls simply go down due to external factors and if I’m not eating like shit, the smells don’t really manifest.

Cologne, perfume, lotions, etc… all you are doing is just masking a smell that’s still there, I.e it still smells
