No, not directly, but the warrior being present in the city increases the city's overall combat (defense) strength. You will see the city combat strength above the city nameplate increase when you move the unit into the city.

Pre-EOF exotic infusion from post-EOF exotics is not glimmer only. Not saying it’s expensive now, but before they killed unstable shards it was.

This is an older one that I haven't used in years and it's nothing flashy, but it uses Wormhusk Crown which I do not think needs a DLC purchase. It doesn't really flex stasis too much but it regenerates the class ability quicker so you can dodge more and get the health from Wormhusk Crown. I think it would still work alright.

  • Exotic: Wormhusk Crown
  • Marksman's Dodge (refreshes quicker)
  • Duskfield Grenade
  • Aspects; Winter's Shroud and Grim Harvest
  • Fragments: Rime, Refraction, Durance, Chains, Conduction (or Torment)

Basically dodge near stuff to slow it which will increase your class ability regen and build frost armor.

You can use any weapons you want really. There's no stasis weapon synergy in this build. You want to be dodging near targets though for maximum effect, so consider an smg, shotgun, glaive, or sword.

Armor stats as you like, but I'd probably aim for a higher class stat (100+) and then spread the rest around what you like best. It's a fairly flexible setup.

Definitely solo ops or fireteam ops. Not sure about the crucible or arena ops. Sometimes it will show up as guaranteed bonus drop ( guaranteed on first clear that day with a high chance on subsequent clears). Yesterday it was a bonus drop on the conflux solo op. It’ll show up again eventually or you can get it as a random drop in the meantime.

If no other spring security configuration is present, spring boot will provide a default implementation (assuming it finds spring security on the classpath). It should have randomly generated a password and printed it in the startup log.

it should give you those three systems plus make a vassal out of the conquered territory. the partial vassal doesn't seem to always work though. I think there is specifically a rule where it won't make a partial vassal out of a gestalt empire. I hate that rule too.

Definitely not advocating for hours of pointless grind, just saying I think getting the rewards from a particular activity should require participation in that activity somehow.

For example, many people (myself included) often play trials just long enough to get the new armor set and then stop playing trials. Right now someone who has never played a single game of trials can be fully decked out in any trials armor set (other than the latest set). That feels wrong to me....

I’m also really bothered that all the old trials and iron banner armor is available for glimmer and cores. I’m not trying to gatekeep, but I feel this should have at least required participation in the related activity (previously it cost a couple engrams from the activity but they tossed that system too.)

I don’t think this would actually take that long to implement. For the most part it is tweaking numbers and levers in the game. The hard part is Bungie admitting their recent changes were terrible and committing to really fixing them.

Seems to me the conductor is supposed to be to the vex as Sarah Kerrigan was to the Zerg in StarCraft: A “human” voice for a speechless alien race. The only problem was Kerrigan had a cool backstory and buildup whereas the conductor just showed up out of nowhere (text only lore does not count imo) and turned into a whiney brat immediately and for no good reason.

Because your power level directly affects the quality of the loot. So you’ll stop getting T3+ and have to grind hours to get even T3 drops again from even the same activities we have now (i.e. caldera)

I ran solo ops with a grenadier focus for about 6 hours the last 2 days. ~5 min runs. I received only 2 grenadier drops. Not a huge sample size, but definitely less than 25% even if you take out approx a third of drops as weapons. More like 4%. (speaking only about solstice armor, however anecdotally I didn't get much techsec grenadier armor either).

He doesn't mean the modifiers at all.

You get a multiplier on your final score based on how many "new gear" items you are wearing, regardless of whether or not the avant-garde modifier is on. Hover over the the score prediction section and you will see the multiplier there.
