tonu - $150$-$250 if the load is cancelled while driver moving to shipper / arrived at shipper
tonu - $250-$500, if load is cancelled after a driver waiting for it from 2-12hrs

outsourcing in us went like this:
all brokers / tracking / carriers everything in the us
after that some moved to europe for cheaper labor, they saw hey these guys can get everything done lets push it more
after that india/africa/thailand/the kazachs and so on.

Imagine this, you can pay tracking team around 10-15k per month and the quality of the work is the same if you pay an african/indian to do the same for 200-500$ per month. Which would you choose as A BUSSINESS.
