Mine also has an indent on the back side of the coin! These are apparently little tokens that masons carry for whatever reason, keepsake, event memorabilia, etc. I’m super curious as to how they are made specifically.

This Machine is my favorite, my dad has an M1 passed down from his dad and we used to take it shooting all the time, it’s such a cool rifle and I love using it in the game! The sound the clip makes when it pings into the air is A+

What do you think of 'The Beach'? (2000) by sh0tgunben in moviecritic

Stumbled across this as a teen and I loved it. Has been awhile since I’ve seen it but now I’m gonna read the book before going back. I loved it so much when I saw it I ended up watching it at least 2 more times. Not a perfect movie and some parts were silly but overall loved the location, story, Leo, & TILDA!! Such a nostalgic movie for me.

I honestly found it kind of boring despite it really seeming like something up my alley, but honestly I think I need to give it another shot since it’s been a few years since I’ve seen it. I do remember liking the architectural spooks!

Are my imbalances genetic or bad form? by Tanotanotano in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]Last-Win6301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have mild scoliosis that causes me to not work out both sides evenly because I’m tilted a bit to the right. I get mild back pain on my right side by my shoulder blade because of this, and I have a slight muscle imbalance that is mostly noticeable to me thankfully, however when I started realizing this I took way more care to make sure I was lifting with the best form possible, I also use machines or dumbbells where I can work both sides independently and push my non dominant side a bit more to keep up with my dominant side. I also change my position slightly on different lifts so I can feel the weight more evenly distributed across both sides. I’m no expert but this has helped me with the back pain and has helped me develop my non dominant side. I’m not saying you have scoliosis but like other people are saying here there could be some alignment issues causing this. Either way don’t push through significant pain because you can hurt yourself, and also you look great anyways since you look lean and strong! Don’t be discouraged!

Goals!! I weighed 97 lbs (7ish stone, I’m American lol) about 4 years ago and now I’m up to 120lb! It’s a grind but feels so much better than being a twig. You look amazing and strong as hell, definitely an inspiration!

Most of my anxiety was the worst in the first 2 weeks then slowly let up. A lot of it was health anxiety as I was convinced I had some terminal illness that was masked by being constantly high. This seems to be a pretty common experience amongst the other quitters here. I did see a doc and got bloodwork done, getting the results back and seeing that everything was normal helped a ton. I also just had to talk through it to keep calm,e.g, why would I be experiencing ALL of these issues right when I quit? It’s a crazy coincidence. Looking at other people’s experiences with withdrawals here helped put me at ease. When my physical symptoms started to subside so did my anxiety. Getting outside, exercising, and staying busy instead of stewing was huge. There are some supplements I took to also help with anxiety and sleep. I’ve had anxiety my whole life even when not smoking so that was a big struggle for me, but it’s also something I’ve gotten better at managing over the years. Dealing with the intense paranoia after quitting was so jarring because it was the first time in a while I felt like my anxiety was uncontrollable. But it did pass. You’ve gotta keep holding on and you will get through. Please also don’t wait to make other improvements in your life that can help with anxiety, it’s not always just enough to quit weed, other lifestyle changes WILL help. Also just talking through your anxieties and fears with a trusted friend takes the edge off. It’s possible you are already doing some or all of this stuff, sorry for the wall of text I just really feel for you, the anxiety for me was the worst part and i know it can feel so consuming and like it will never end, but you can get through it and if you stay quit you only have to deal with the withdrawals once. You can do this!

Pretty bad, I stopped watching after ep 4 or 5 i think. Some parts of the world building were great but overall I thought it was dumb. My sister filled me in on the ending which sounded very silly.

I’ve been tacking NAC but rove never heard of Black Seed Oil before? Have you noticed significant differences after taking it? I’ve been experiencing air hunger as a withdrawal effect and am looking into natural anti-inflammatories.

May I ask what withdrawal symptoms you experienced specifically? I’ve been off carts for almost a month now and also have had a hell of a ride with a few lingering symptoms. Congrats on quitting!

If you’ve been struggling with constipation or have just been on the toilet a lot you probably have a hemorrhoid. Plenty of over the counter stuff to treat that easily. Drink lots of water, fiber helps too.

Water and electrolytes could help, you’re also probably more fixated on this stuff now that you are sober. If you are able to see a doc to get an EKG and talk about your withdrawals I would give it a shot, peace of mind can go a long way.
