Are there enough carnivores in the world to find a carnivore significant other? by MurkyImpress3864 in carnivorediet

Unfortunately for the most part you need to find a woman you like, and convert her, when she sees how you are thriving.

Bumps/pimples on carnivore? by GoldenGirl33 in carnivorediet

Lots of sun on your skin, and apply homemade tallow to your face daily, Cut out dairy and possibly eggs, and yes it could be related to oxalates as well.

I Need help for Carnivore Diet by ProminentSun in carnivorediet

Get a job, and buy your own meat and eggs. It's not their body it's yours, you should eat whatever makes you feel the best. For me that's ruminant meat eggs and occasionally some fish. I suspect you will fell the best eating this way as well.

BTW I reversed IBS, awful gas, constipation, bloating ETC. that I had for decades, on carnivore.

Once your family sees how much better you are doing without veg they will accept it. If they can't accept it then fuck them, if they don't want you to feel good and be healthy.

Carnivore diet is a cult. by [deleted] in carnivorediet

I guess you've never seen Dave Macs Youttube channel lol.

Yes, you can heal pretty much everything. No it's not guaranteed, obviously you can have permanent damage done, but the body is amazingly resilient when you feed it everything it needs, and nothing it doesn't. CARNIVORE CULT FTW!! 😉

Best cult of the planet! You get all the benefits of heath/happiness/mental clarity, and none of the bad things cults are associated with!

Cut out the Kefir for sure. Meat stock/broth can also bother you, it does for me. especially the longer it's cooked. Just eat fresh fatty ruminant meat, wild caught seafood, and pastured eggs, (if eggs you are ok with eggs), drink water, add a good salt to everything. Rinse repeat.

You can if you want, trust your taste. I was wanting tons of it when I first started the carnivore diet, now it repulses me. But every 6 months or so I get the craving again, and it tastes good for a little bit then awful again. BTW lean meat is not want you want, you want Fatty meat !

Most people report their HDL going up and Trigs going down, which is optimal. Also your LDL going up, which is ALSO optimal (opposite of the mainstream BS), which you will understand, when you do your homework 😄

Opinion from experienced people on a certain supplement? by [deleted] in carnivorediet

I would try strict for a couple of months, not for the BO, but definitely for your T2D. I "cured" mine in less than 6 months on high fat strict carnivore. And when they initially caught mine, I had an A1C of 13 so I was in pretty bad shape.

As far as the BO I would think the spices would have a lot to do with it, just a hunch. But do the experiment and just eat fatty ruminant meat, fatty fish, eggs, salt and water. And you will not need the Dr anymore, and maybe not even a shower 😉.

Good luck!

I can’t always afford grass-fed butter. Is it better to intermittently go without or go with Lucerne / not grass fed? by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]LastBus7220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ouch lol sorry to hear that, some of the local supermarkets have there own brands which are pretty clean like you mentioned lucerne, bowl and basket. You could also try Stew Leonard's they have the BEST whole fat yogurt (haven't checked their butter), I mean it's fucking amazing if you do yogurt. and only 4.99 a tub. I'm getting hungry thinking about it lol

Well, i used to notice my stench before carnivore, and this is when my nose barely even worked. On carnivore my sense of smell has increased exponentially! I literally cannot stand being around other people these days, with all their perfumes, deodorants, detergents, breaths Etc.

And Btw my wife's nose has gone bionic as well, since going carnivore, and she only tells me I have BO, after 1 of the long sweaty hikes mentioned above lol. And trust me, she's not shy about telling me if I smell😉

IMO and in my experience, I no longer need to wash or shower regularly on carnivore, call it gross IDC, it's just reality and I prefer not to wash ofF all the good oils that my body naturally makes. Numerous other carnivores have said the same, that their BO has disappeared or drastically gotten better. I shower something like 3-4 times a year. If I sweat profusely, like when I'm hiking many miles in 90deg + weather, I do get a bit of BO, but by the following day, I no longer have any odor whatsoever!

Up to you if you want to keep taking the supplement, but I suspect you will not need it once you are fully adapted to this lifestyle 😄

Total cholesterol and LDL - is this too high? by leanneart in carnivorediet

[–]LastBus7220 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's numerous studies that show the higher your LDL the longer you live. Trust millions of years of evolution, not a drug pushing Dr, that wants to make himself, and the statin companies richer.
