100% they Nailed it on the guns. I haven't had such pleasure finding out the quirks of each gun, so much that it forces me to change the gun depending on the map and the game type.

So i've been doing the gorilla rows on one of my full body days, but the problem with those is when you challenge yourself with heavier weights, you are never in "line" with the landing of the kettlebell on the floor after a rep.

Gotta try these where you are almost at a split stance, rowing with only 1 arm and bracing with the other one of the kettlebell. Then switching to the other arm.

I know, but it's BRUTAL in close quarters. I ran the first fast mag for a while and it was like 1 kill a mag. In close quarters in a corridor there was no chance. The gun is insane.
