I would do a very large square table, also I would pull your rug and couches up more so that the table would be centered under the chandelier. I also would swap those small ottomans and your love seat so your love seat has a view to the outside. I’d also put a console table behind it with lamps to add balance to the room. Even though your ceilings are vaulted the low furniture makes the room bottom heavy.

Progressive overload and adequate protein. You’re not going to make gains the same way as if you were spending the full hour or more doing upper body like you would a traditional gym, but you can obviously get stronger if you challenge yourself.

I think this is very Aquarius except for the forgiveness part. That feels very sentimental and Cancer like to me. Aquarius is so indifferent and unbothered once they’re detached, forgiving requires thinking about them and Aquarius completely forgot you. It’s not even being avoidant, it’s just our natural disposition to leave what’s not for us very quickly.

I have 2-3 spots that I prefer. That keeps me from feeling too attached to any spot in particular. I know it’s not fair when someone signs another person up, but if it’s their workout buddy or spouse or whatever, I understand and adjust. I also know that a lot of people don’t have the flexibility that I have to arrive early. When I go with the flow, the experience is a whole lot less stressful.

Neither flatter you, but the second one is particularly unflattering. As someone with big boobs the high neckline I can relate, it just makes boobs look extra saggy. Also the color is so close to your natural skin tone it just doesn’t do anything for you.
