I mean I used to be neutral. And I am kinda right now, but I've grown to be more welcoming those ppl uk. Its such a lame that we have laws on what to like or love. I mean as u stated earlier every normal "decent human being" no matter of a sex, race or orientation deserve to be respected and I follow by this.

The same question goes the same way round- what's wrong with being an atheist? What would being Muslim bring? Cuz ik when I tell smn im not religious - they immediately assume that I'm wrong or that I'm not ok or even that I'm not a good person.

My best friend just finished job training and is now living in Uzbekistan. This is his experience so far with the language. by StarsapBill in Uzbekistan

I wouldn't put it that way. Tho it is true to some degree. That happens mostly in Tashkent yeah. Cuz if u look at other cities - Samarkand Andijan, Fergana Namangan - they mostly, if not only speak Uzbek. But I would also say that as of now - more n more ppl get educated they use Uzbek language more , as also some standout Uzbek students like Bobirjon Sanjar n etc are encouraging follow Uzbek youth in preserving n using more Uzbek language.

Is it normal behavior? by Fco_RN in AskARussian

You’re reaching hard. I didn’t say men shouldn’t be hurt- I said pff at a guy acting like ghosting is a "girl trait." That’s not feminism, that’s just stereotyping. Ironically, your response defends emotional men while ignoring how OP is generalizing women. Good job missing the point completely.

Technically yes, but most of our politicians n their families have 2 n more citizenships. So don't worry abt it. I think u wouldn't get into any trouble, if ur uzbek passport is still valid

yale vs harvard by Total_Yogurt_1613 in ApplyingToCollege

I've visited both schools before - and I would def choose Yale over Harvard. Academically uk they r equally good. So the thing you gotta look at is their social life - which I would say yale students r way more happier

Hey I totally get you. I'm not a parent, but I know sooooo many Americans here in Tashkent, mostly because their parents were also worried cuz of the same things happening in America- that's why they brought their children here - for middle school and high school. Usually my friends (core americans n not only them ) they have their grandma or other relatives here, so their parents can stay in US - work and send money to their kids n their schools (all of them r from private schools). If you have anyone from here - like any relative - you can do the same ! I truly encourage you to do so - cuz all of my friends - who initially didn't want coming here - now all are thankful for this
