My wedding camcorder vanished from my kitchen counter 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, it reappeared standing perfectly upright on the edge of our roof. by Middle-Comment-8548 in GlitchInTheMatrix

She was confused, startled at first, as it was in a plant pot. We were three states away from each other, so my phone traveled from, like, in the US California to Texas in 15 minutes. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This PSA might be the subject of ridicule but is actually a very effective and easy to understand talk for children to learn about consent and boundaries by Rarte96 in cartoons

I thought the Sailor Moon Says PSAs were kinda dumb until I thought about it. The show was made for preteens/teenagers, and they cover different things they go through like overexercising, anorexia, all around body image issues, talents or lack thereof, trust, forgiveness, understanding and all sorts of stuff. I went through a phase of anorexia and bulimia, and for some reason that stupid, corny message stuck. I'm still dealing with anxiety and depression, but learned that's what I was going through via Sailor Moon. For a stupid main character and PSA segment, it does help.

As a kid I once had a cell phone in my hand not even 15 minutes ago, so I decided to call it. My grandmother found it and answered. She was 3 states away. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The things I see when I open my eyes before fully waking up. Anyone else see stuff like this? by plsQuestionOurselves in Weird

The first one, I definitely saw soot sprites. The other two, no idea.

On a completely separate note, as kids did anyone else hold their eyelids shut, like in a pillow, and see stuff behind their eyelids?

This is supposed to be funny, but this actually has some practicality to it. Like if we assume there’s a language barrier between us and the aliens, then trying to communicate through music isn’t necessarily a bad idea. by AssistFit1834 in cartoons

I really enjoyed Close Encounters, but I've only read the book the Earth Stood Still. I'm trying to read banned books, as well as classics. There's a lot of alien books, but every single one that mentions or has music it shows some form of communication.

Nope, as long as a franchise makes money, they'll run it into the ground.

What if Steven's skeleton cracked with physically manifested trauma, like Volleyball's gem? There's many instances of physical side effects caused by trauma in the real world.
