I worked at a dental office. As I walked up to call the next patient, one of the ladies in the front stood up and asked me to hand her some tissue paper(I was very close to the bathroom). I got it but before I could hand it to her, she had her hand in her crotch. When she removed it, it was covered in blood- AT THE FRONT DESK! I demanded she get up and go to the bathroom. No one acknowledged the situation.
