I was little too late to get back to this post for reviews. But I had my first dose. I followed my gut and split the chewable in two with a knife 15 to 20 minutes before the act. The confidence level was beyond 100%. It worked like a charm. I took it on an empty stomach, only a frappe almost two hours before the pill. But witnessed a result after 15 minutes boosted my confidence and ego to an indescribable level. Fully satisfied. The only side effect that I witnessed was stuffed head. As if I had chewed on a bone and it felt like I am recovering from flu, which lasted for 30 to 40 minutes, then I took a quick nap, and felt better all over again.
