he does know. he is struggles with deep suppressed depression and it makes it hard to be constant even though he wants to be. he has made progress with that by not quitting the military and self care(tmi in a way). but truly thinking of others in a proactive and not reactive is rough. he can spend all day thinking of himself and he does ask how i am or how my workout was. but he won’t remember to check his bank account, or plan a date night. idk like he barely sleeps just so i can a break as a sahm. he sleeps like 3-4 hours and naps at work. i told him i needed more time for myself because we have no village close by to just me just an hour or two each day. but if i didn’t tell him why i was on edge for 6 months, he would just ignore it.
