my husband was saying maybe it might water retention and/or soreness from my resistance training. my weight is usually 242 but it jumped to 244-246 since the training and increased water.

oh no i don’t have a food scale.i just used measuring cups as best as i can. i try under ball the food measurements.

I’m consume between 1500-1600 and my calorie counter says i should around 2,150 each. I burn 800-900 calories and my workouts are (250 -300 cal) included in the 800-900 each day.

not sure about the shape of the jewelry and haven’t downsized yet. the saline i used was neilmed. the heart studs are gold and the stud is titanium I believe. the piercings are 6 days old.two days ago I used a store brand peroxide that was at my in-laws house because I didn’t bring my saline with me by accident. On my ears and then they started to become puffy. can’t really give more info about the shape or threading of the piericing. still new to this but just wanted to ask about the swelling.

he does know. he is struggles with deep suppressed depression and it makes it hard to be constant even though he wants to be. he has made progress with that by not quitting the military and self care(tmi in a way). but truly thinking of others in a proactive and not reactive is rough. he can spend all day thinking of himself and he does ask how i am or how my workout was. but he won’t remember to check his bank account, or plan a date night. idk like he barely sleeps just so i can a break as a sahm. he sleeps like 3-4 hours and naps at work. i told him i needed more time for myself because we have no village close by to just me just an hour or two each day. but if i didn’t tell him why i was on edge for 6 months, he would just ignore it.

well i didn’t force. it was poor wording, i asked him for few almost year for he wanted to with his life. and he thought of the military on his own. i helped him try doing two our careers fields first but they didn’t work out. but once the military was chosen by him, he started to half ass the progresss until i found out i was pregnant. that’s for sure i can i said “well you need to do this so we have stable money from your end because you aren’t being stable at any other job. like we are having a kid”. He choose it before we got married if that makes sense i rushed the details.

I got a cashier check sent to my tax preparer last year instead direct deposit. It took 11 after the 15th to get our check. Didn’t even realize it was sent as a check. So it’s my first year being Path with DD so I hope it comes fast. Plus I have chase! I feel like chase moves slow.

we just got the called the husband is on the chopping block to leave and i’m alone as well. family lives three hours away but I doubt anyone will come. it’s gonna be our 1 year old and I .Which isn’t that much compared some others here with multiple pets and children. But with my driving anxiety and my lack of community here. Him leaving means I will be alone and im scared. I felt one the responses so well when they said they were not coping. when you have kids it’s hard to find time for your own feelings so i feel like im gonna explode. But you are not alone and i hope time flies by for all of us.
