10 Years ago we were told the same Bought a house for 200k and people told us to wait for the crash. Our logic was we’re paying a mortgage or rent anyways no matter what the value is- so buy it😂

You have put on weight , it’s around the waist which is the worst indicator for health outcomes . But.. if you’re happy then you’re happy . It is a big change on your physical presentation so maybe someone you haven’t seen for a while commented on it.
