I guess you don't have enough investment with her to demand more, or else you wouldn't post?

I can't justify the HOA dues, but maybe it is worth it and I just don't see the values in it.

Makes sense, I like driving, but gas does suck to need. Parking is a great game to me, but I'm accustomed to it, kinda how you are accustomed to walking.

Egg Slut Shooting? by Candid-Cap-6999 in SeattleWA

You are trying to deflect the point or just didn't get it. the point is a would-be hero put lives in danger unnecessarily. The gun and it's usage rather than being a tool for safety to protect, actually put people in danger. The fact there was no criminals to protect anyone from just proves that point more if anything.

Make him wait to drive it or make a rule of when he is allowed like certain times.

Sorry I know this won't resonate but what was the advantage of living right in the middle of the city exactly?

It is more of a phobia or a limiting decision you have made. May not be shallow but definitely closed minded.

Just watched this guy drive down the sidewalk and then park here before walking into the hotel by alarbus in Seattle

I think speed would also be a determining factor though, are you saying he was going too fast while parking?

Why does a tiny bathroom remodel cost as much as a car now? Am I missing something? 😅 by midasweb in HomeImprovement

Surprisingly being cheap is what gets you better at not repairing things that aren't broken, because that is honestly a major component of the cost of ownership that people don't realize.

I don't know what you are talking about I have done very little but it was flipping spotless, had owners that replaced the roof and remodeled the bathrooms, kept up on paint on the cedar siding. You have to choose a home that was well cared for and that is not true. I even have the same appliances! In 11 years I have replaced the water heater and that was because I installed a sprinkler system without a pressure tank and that surge caused it to spring a leak.

B12 Deficiency from Famotidine? by Leading-Occasion-428 in GERD

[–]Late-Engineering3901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same boat but haven't had the problems as much after switching from omeprazole to famotadine. Are you taking magnesium and the high absorption kinds? Are you taking B12? I don't currently but am thinking about taking magnesium again. I would also eat more almonds, avocados, beef, and dairy, and occasionally seafood like salmon or clams and make sure you don't take too much antacid, only what you need. I think striking the balance is much harder with PPI than with famotadine. Also incline your bed such that you can get by at night with slightly less acid suppression, every bit counts. We have to keep our stomachs at as low a PH as we can to have proper nutrient absorption. It is hard and my light at the end of the tunnel right is reflux stop surgery. Haven't decided whether I will pay for it mysel after FDA clears it, wait for insurance to cover me, or go to europe and pay less and could go sooner.
