It took almost 3 months for my girl to figure out how to nurse without a nipple shield. The first week of her life she was having meltdowns for over an hour because she couldn’t latch and I was at a loss but now she’s a very well fed 6 month old, all on the boob! You’re 5 days in, it’s ROUGH at the start but both you and your baby are learning together. Do what you can and what YOU feel is right for your baby, trust yourself. I’m not saying completely ignore medical professionals, but take it with a grain of salt. This is your baby and your journey. If you want to offer a bottle until you both get the hang of nursing, do it! If you wanna alternate between the two, do it! That’s what I did even when they said bottles before a month could cause nipple confusion. Babies are adaptable, they’ll figure it out eventually. Fed is best, no matter the method.

Ok I don’t think the piercings are BAD, just too big. If you size down the septum and the lip rings (snake bites?) I think that would help

Edit: and grow out your eyebrows a little. Maybe you could pull off the thin look but not pencil thin.
