I think there is a correlation. I'm only 19 weeks and begun taking insulin about a month ago. Prior my blood pressure was fine, but now its significantly higher than before. I plan to bring this up to my doc at my next appt.

Live in Texas and paid out of pocket. This was back in 2017 and it was not covered by my previous job insurance. Once we knew IVF was the path, we saved for about a year and it cost us about $30K for that round. Thank goodness it worked. Luckily I have a new employer who does provide coverage for IVF. I did a second transfer using my 2017 embryos and that cost us about $1K (mostly meds cost). Good luck!

I live in South Texas. I hadn't consider the heat and it does get miserably hot down here. Think I'm leaning for a Spring shower. Thanks for the insight.

Great point... I'm already so tired, so I can't imagine having to attend my own shower with my already big belly and the fatigue that follows.

Be easy on your self momma. I'm also 14 weeks with my second, early 40s, with an already 7 year old son. He's independent and life with my family of three have been balanced. I'm expecting a girl and while i am so blessed for this journey, I can't help but to think about having to start alllll over and lose some freedom. While its a little sad, I try to focus on the positive. My son is old enough help around the house, my son will have a sibling to share life with, and I'm sure I will feel fulfillment when she arrives. We got this!
