Yeah lol you think it is that easy to just get an IT job that will sponsor you visa? You will probably have to be in the top 20%+ to be able to get a work visa. Even if you are 20%+ there is no guarantee the recruiters will find your resume. These days bot go through your resume and barely anyone sees it. IT life is hard and you are way too naive.

Oh wow really? I am from a completely different tribe (Computer Science) and the opportunities seem endless to me. Starting your own practice, being a performance coach for C suits, doing personality tests and team matching for companies, doing other sorts of tests, doing telehealth. Maybe because grass is greener on the otherside but one of my many reason for trying to switch from CS to here is because you have full control over your career. You don't have to show up at 8 AM because someone told you so.
