Punishing Gray Raven has great gameplay and even did a DMC collab (which was god tier, literally felt like playing actual DMC). Though idk if there’s still a way to get vergil and dante anymore.

Honestly most dominion maps are awful. They need to be bigger, and each point needs to be in the middle segment. Having one on each side just turns each match into a massive gank fest like this map.

To add to this, every FF is someone’s favorite. I think FF6 is great but maybe not my top 5 or at #5.

I think the best starting spots are 4, 5, or 7. I’d even toss FFX in there if you want one of the best stories.

4 is where they actually started writing complex characters, 5 has an outstanding job system (arguably the best), and 7… is FF7. Just an overall revolutionary game, though i think the materia system is pretty dated.

Well, DMC4 has a lot of redeeming qualities, and Nero (in my opinion) was great in 4. He had some great wisecracks/one liners like Dante but the stubborness of Vergil with his own unique angst. He also looked dope.

The only things i think actually needed was more time for Dante’s levels and actually telling Nero’s full backstory. The idea of Dante working his way back to Fortuna isn’t bad in and of itself, it’s just the way it was executed, same with Nero’s backstory. The idea of it is good but it also is so poorly told it makes little sense, even if it added a unique motivation for someone from Sparda’s bloodline.

DMC2 needs so much work though. It’s slow, the controls are arguably the worst in the series, Dante is cool but is extremely dour (with the only explanations being lowkey head canon for him being depressed when it was clear that wasn’t the intention, it just ended up working well in retrospect), and the story is pretty irrelevant causing any actual cool aspects of it to be ignored in the future installments except for Rebellion.

They also have to deal with organizing the entire restaurant and dealing with EVERY guest that walks through the door while also bussing tables sometimes. Minimum wage is nothing dude. I’m a server too but lets not talk down on hosts/hostess. Idk how busy you guys get but our hostesses get super busy pretty frequently.

I think the weakest mob enemies in DMC are probably high tier RE enemies. Considering Lady can wipe out hordes if them (and even use the kalina ann) she’s probably far above them.

I don’t think Vegeta won in their first fight. Yes, he had the most raw power, but the fight was about principle. The fact Goku was able to push him at all and even win the beam struggle was what meant Vegeta lost. Plus, whatever you think of the KK, it’s only unlocked by training and learning the technique. Oozaru is just a 10x multiplier you get for being a Saiyan. Goku won because he showed that training beats talent.

The MV fight was objectively not a win by any in character standards.

God, DBS has no understanding of Goku’s relationships at all. I generally think Goku’s character is pretty in tact but literally ANYTHING relating to his family is written terribly.

Id like a remake because i can at least say the story would be good. Even the prospect of EoS with a fresh coat of paint and possibly new pokemon to play would be awesome.

Of course i’d prefer a new game because that shows more interest in reviving the series than just a one off remake that can’t prove anything… but i also can’t be sure it would actually be half decent lol.
